About the Event
Our June event is dedicated to gathering and donating new or lightly used shoes to children/teenagers in Seattle and India. It'll run for 5 days (from June 21st through June 25th) and is open to everyone in the Greater Seattle Area. For this event, you'll be donating new or lightly used shoes to us. These shoes will be distributed to orphanages and other organizations in the Seattle Area and Kolkata, India.
You'll be receiving 3 hours for every pair of shoes you donate. REMEMBER, you will only qualify for hours if you sign up for this event. We will not be accepting any heels or open-toed shoes, nor any poorly kept shoes.
Make sure the shoes are clean, tear-free, and usable. We will only be accepting shoes that will be usable for kids and/or teenagers.
